Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Forward. LaFleur Leadership Institute offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on every paid subscription. If you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Our payments are processed by Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all Forward orders. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
- Or email us at support@forwardgoals.live and we will help you get it sorted with Paddle.
Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card network and typically take 5–10 business days.
Free trials and cancellations
Paid plans include a 7-day free trial. You can cancel at any time during the trial from your account settings — you won't be charged. After the trial, subscriptions renew automatically at the cadence you chose (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. If you cancel, you keep paid access until the end of your current billing period.
Annual plans
If you purchased an annual plan and cancel after the 30-day refund window, you will keep access for the remainder of the year you paid for, but no further charges will be made.
Exceptions
We may decline refunds in cases of fraud, abuse, or clear violation of our Terms of Service. Paddle's own Refund Policy also applies to all purchases.
