Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Forward. LaFleur Leadership Institute offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on every paid subscription. If you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Email us at support@forwardgoals.live with your order details and we'll process your refund.

Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method via Stripe, our payment processor. Processing times depend on your bank or card network and typically take 5–10 business days.

Complimentary trials and cancellations

Paid plans include a 7-day complimentary trial. You can cancel at any time during the trial from your account settings, you won't be charged. After the trial, subscriptions renew automatically at the cadence you chose (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. If you cancel, you keep paid access until the end of your current billing period.

Annual plans

If you purchased an annual plan and cancel after the 30-day refund window, you will keep access for the remainder of the year you paid for, but no further charges will be made.

Exceptions

We may decline refunds in cases of fraud, abuse, or clear violation of our Terms of Service.
